The Second Stage of the Public Detailed Planning Discussion for the Land Plot at Mazās Juglas Street (Cadastre No. 0100 123 2002, 0100 123 2006)
In accordance with the Riga City Council 22.04.2008 Resolution No.3623 “On Passing of the Detailed Planning of the Land Plot at Mazās Juglas Street (Cadastre No.0100 123 2002, 0100 123 2006) in its First Wording for Public Discussion and Receiving References”, the second stage of public discussion of the Detailed Planning of the land plot at Mazās Juglas Street (cadastre No.0100 123 2002, 0100 123 2006) has been announced.
The second stage of the public planning discussion is scheduled for the period of 26.05.2008 to 10.06.2008. Materials on the planning can be viewed each weekday at the Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 266 Brīvības gatve, Riga, and at the Client Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu Street, Floor 1 (entrance from Amatu Street), Riga. Written offers and public discussion questionnaires can be submitted within the aforesaid period to the Client Service Centre of the City Development Department, or sent to the planning developer SIA “Arhitektu Birojs Arteks” at 18-7 Elizabetes Street, Riga, LV-1050.
The public discussion meeting of the Detailed Planning in its first wording shall take place on 10.06.2008 at 16.00 in the premises of SIA “Arhitektu Birojs Arteks” at 18-7 Elizabetes Street, Riga, LV-1050.
Only written applications and offers submitted by 10 June 2008 shall be accepted and considered.
