No. 40003751700, 8 Hospitalu iela, Riga, LV-1013, telephone 67895033, presents for public discussion the construction project “The multi-storey apartment building with four to seven storeys at 5a Rasas iela, Riga, the land plot cadastre No. 0100 078 2304, 0100 078 2305, 0100 078 2306”.
The construction project initiator is SIA “GRAF X”, reg. No. 40003158614, 18 Elizabetes iela, Office 2, Riga, LV-1050, telephone: 67288736.
Informative materials on the construction project can be reviewed at the premises of the Riga Latgale Urban District Executive Directorate at 31 Daugavpils iela, Riga, from 10 December 2007 to 16 January 2008 on workdays during working hours.
Written comments can be submitted until 16 January 2008 to the Riga Latgale Urban District Executive Directorate at 31 Daugavpils iela, Riga, or to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, 1st floor, telephone 67105457.
The presentation of the construction project shall take place on 19 December 2007 at the Riga Latgale Urban District Executive Directorate at 31 Daugavpils iela, Riga, at 15:00.
After summarizing the public discussion results, the Riga City Construction Board shall further submit the issue for consideration to the Riga City Council at 1 Ratslaukums, telephone 8000800.
