On the basis of the Administrative Act No.2-DA-06-6441-nd dated 08.11.2006 of the Riga City Construction Board and the letter No.2-DA-07-6689-nd dated 11.10.2007, SIA RL Invest, Reg.No.40003731155, 1-22 Progresa iela, Riga, phone 67387618, presents for public discussion the construction project “Six-storey Residential Building” at Džohara Dudajeva Gatve (numberless), Riga, the land plot cadastre No. 0100 071 2102.
The construction project designer is SIA “Projektu Birojs Grietēns un Kagainis”, Reg.No.40003454812, 36/204 Ganību Dambis, Riga, phone 7381950.
Informative materials on the construction project can be reviewed at the premises of the Riga Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 266 Brīvības gatve, Riga, from 23.10.2007 to 23.11.2007 on workdays during office hours.
Written comments can be submitted within the aforesaid period (up to 23.11.2007) to the Riga Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 266 Brīvības gatve, as well as to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, Ground Floor, phone: 67105457.
Presentation of the construction project shall take place on 02.11.2007 at the Riga Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 266 Brīvības gatve, Riga, at 14.00.
After summarizing the public discussion results, the Riga City Construction Board shall further submit the issue for consideration to Riga City Council at 1 Ratslaukums, phone 8000800.
