Repeated Public Discussion for the Detailed Planning of the Land Plot at 2 Kokneses Prospekts (Cadastre No.01000840101), Riga, and the Adjacent Territory
The Detailed Planning is started on the basis of the Riga City Council resolution No.2906 of 9 October 2007 (Minute No.81, Paragraph 30) “On Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot at 2 Kokneses Prospekts (Cadastre No.01000840101) and the Adjacent Territory, Approval of the Detailed Planning Boundaries and the Work Task, as well as Organizing the First stage of the Public Discussion”.
Task of the Detailed Planning is to provide details of the planned (allowed) usage requirements and restriction of usage of the Riga territory planning for the years 2006-2018, as well to anticipate the appropriate infrastructure.
Aim of the Detailed Planning is to specify usage of the territory and construction conditions within the Detailed Planning boundaries.
Head of the Detailed Planning elaboration is Head of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department.
Office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00 to 18.00.
Developer of the Detailed Planning is SIA “Pilsētprojektēšanas Birojs”.
The first stage term of the public discussion is 2 weeks from 7 April 2008 to 21 April 2008.
During this period, the informative materials can be viewed at the premises of the Riga Northern Region Executive Directorate at 21 Rūpniecības iela, on Mondays from 9.00 to 19.00, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9.00 to 17.00, on Fridays from 9.00 to 16.00, as well as at the Clients Service Center of the City Development Department at 1st Floor, 4 Amatu iela, Riga, on Mondays and Thursdays from 10.00 to 19.00, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9.00 to 16.00, on Fridays from 9.00 to 14.00.
The Questionnaire Forms can be received and submitted within the aforementioned period to the Clients Service Center of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 1st Floor, 4 Amatu iela, Riga (information by phone 67012850) and SIA “Pilsētprojektēšanas Birojs”, 21-501F Skolas iela, Riga, phone 67271567.
