Public Discussion of the First Wording of the Detailed Planning of the Territory Adjacent to Ziemeļu Crossing
In accordance with Riga City Council Resolution No.4104 dated 21 July 2008 (Prot.No.105, Paragraph 35) “On Passing for Public Discussion of the First Wording of the Detailed Planning of the Territory Adjacent to the Junction of the Piejūras iela and the Ziemeļu Crossing and Receiving Conclusions”, public discussion of the first wording of the detailed planning of the territory adjacent to the junction of the Piejūras iela and the Ziemeļu Crossing has been announced.
Aim of the detailed planning is to facilitate development of the territory adjacent to the junction of the Piejūras iela and the Ziemeļu Crossing.
The responsible official person is the Head of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council. Office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00 to 18.00 at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, 5th Floor.
The public discussion period of the first wording of the detailed planning is determined as four weeks – from 14 August 2008 to 11 September 2008. Materials of the detailed planning first wording can be viewed at the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, 1st Floor, at the premises of SIA Metrum at 87 Vienības gatve and the Riga Kurzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 26 Dzirciema iela, Riga. Information on the detailed planning is available on the Riga City Council City Development Department Internet home page https://www.rdpad.lv in the chapter Public Discussions. The public discussion meeting of the detailed planning first wording will take place at 17:30 on 10 September 2008 at the Assembly Hall of the Riga City Council at 1 Rātslaukums.
Written comments and the public discussion reference forms can be submitted by 11 September 2008 to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV-1050, or sent to the planning developer SIA Metrum, 87 Vienības gatve, Riga, LV-1004.
Only written applications and offers submitted before 11 September 2008 will be considered.
If the applicant needs to receive a written reply, a natural entity is to indicate his given name, surname, personal identity number and address, a legal entity – its title, address and registration number.
