On Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot at U/N Līduma iela, U/N Gaiļezera iela, U/N Hipokrāta iela (Cadastral No. 0100 122 2007), Riga, and the Adjacent Territory

Pursuant to the Riga City Council resolution No. 4335 dated 28.10.2008 (Proceedings No. 113, Article 15) On Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot at U/N Līduma iela, U/N Gaiļezera iela, U/N Hipokrāta iela (Cadastral No. 0100 122 2007) and the Adjacent Territory, Approval of the Detailed Planning Boundary and the Work Task, the Detailed Planning elaboration has been started of the Land Plot at U/N Līduma iela, U/N Gaiļezera iela, U/N Hipokrāta iela (Cadastral No. 0100 122 2007).

Head of the Detailed Planning elaboration is Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department; office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 18:00 at 4 Amatu iela, 5th Floor, Riga, in accordance with the previous appointment by telephone +371-67012847.

The Project developer is Merks SIA, Reg. No. LV40003304295, Skanstes iela 13, Riga, telephone 67373380.

The allowed (planned) usage of the detailed planning territory, in accordance with the Riga Territory Planning for 2006-2018, is the mixed construction territory and the mixed construction territory with plantation.

The aim of the detailed planning elaboration is to substantiate the construction project and to determine its development opportunities by anticipating the appropriate infrastructure, to specify the planned usage requirements and restrictions determined by the Riga Territory Planning for 2006-2018.

Written comments and proposals for the Detailed Planning elaboration can be submitted from 19.11.2008 to 19.12.2008 to the Client Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV-1050, telephone +371-67105800, or to Merks SIA, Reg.No.LV40003304295, Skanstes iela 13, Riga, telephone +371-67373380, by indicating the name, surname, identity number and permanent address, and for legal entities – the name, address and registration number.

If the applicant needs to receive a written reply, it must be indicated in the Application.

Only written applications and proposals submitted by 19 December shall be considered.
