Notification on the presentation of the first revision of the amendments to the Ķīpsala detailed planning for the territory between Ogļu iela, Ģipša iela, Balasta dambis and Enkura iela for public discussion
In accordance with Clause 65 and 66 of the Cabinet Regulation No.883 of 19 October 2004 Regulations on Planning the Local Government Territory,
on 11 September 2007 the Riga City Council has adopted a resolution No.2797 (minutes of the meeting No..79, Paragraph 10.) On Ķīpsala detailed planning that is approved as the Riga City Council binding regulations No. 8 of 4 September 2001 On approval of the Ķīpsala detailed planning and amendments to Annex 2 of the Riga City Council resolution No. 2819 of 12 December 1995 On adoption of Riga Development Plan 1995-2005 and approval of the Riga City Building Regulations amendments for the territory between Ogļu iela, Ģipša iela, Balasta dambis and Enkura iela, and presentation of the first revision of the amendments to the detailed planning for public discussion and opinions.
The head for elaborating amendments of the detailed planning is the head of the Detailed Planning Division of the Riga City Council City Development Department Urban Planning Board Ilze Purmale.
The second stage of the public discussion of the amendments to the detailed planning is determined from 14 September 2007 to 28 September 2007. During this time the informative plane-tables will be exposed in the display case of the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department and in the Kurzeme District Executive Directorate.
During this period all interested persons can review the amendments to the detailed planning, and refer with the questions and proposals to the Detailed Planning Division of the Riga City Council City Development Department Urban Planning Board. Written proposals can be submitted at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV – 1050, indicating: for natural persons – given name, surname, identity number, address of a permanent place of residence; for legal bodies – name, registration number, legal address.
Reception of visitors is on Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00 till 18.00. The final meeting of the public discussion of the amendments to the detailed planning will take place the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board, at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, on 27 September 2007 at 16.00.
