Notification on the First Stage of Public Discussion on Elaborating Amendments to the Riga City Council Binding Regulations No.34 of 20.December 2005 “Regulations on Using and Housing the Riga Territory” in the Graphic Parts “The Territory Planned (Allowed) Usage in the Scale of 1:10,000” and “The Storey Amount Plan for Housing in the Scale of 1:10,000”
In accordance with Clause 1 of the Resolution of the Riga City Council No.2633 of 3.July 2007 “On Starting to Elaborate Amendments to the Riga City Council Binding Regulations No.34 of 20.12.2005 “Regulations on Using and Housing the Riga Territory” in the Graphic Parts “The Territory Planned (Allowed) Usage in the Scale of 1:10,000” and “Storey Amount Plan for Housing in the Scale of 1:10,000”” elaboration of amendments to the Riga City Council binding Regulations No.34 of 20.December 2005 “Regulations on Using and Housing the Riga Territory” in the Graphic Parts “The Territory Planned (Allowed) Usage in the Scale of 1:10,000” and “Storey Amount Plan for Housing in the Scale of 1:10,000” has been started.
Director of the City Development Department of the Riga City Council has been approved as the head for elaborating amendments.
The first term of the public discussion is determined from 13 August 2007 to 7 September 2007.
The Riga Territory Planning for the Years 2006-2018, the Riga Development Programme for the Years 2006-2012, the Riga Long-term Development Strategy for the Period up to 2025, the Riga Region Territory Planning with amendments and the Riga Region Development Programme can be viewed at the Riga City Council at 1 Rātslaukums, on the 1st Floor, during workdays from 9.00 to 17.00 starting with 13 August 2007 and up to 7 September 2007, as well as on the web page www.rdpad.lv .
The public discussion meeting will take place at the Riga City Council at 1 Rātslaukums, on the 1st Floor, on 30 August 2007 at 17.00. Visitors will be accepted on Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00 to 18.00 and written offers can be submitted to the Urban Planning Board of the City Development Department of the Riga City Council at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV – 1050, from 13 August 2007 to 7 September 2007.
