Notification on the First Stage of Public Discussion of the Land Plot “Cakaru Māja” at Kleisti
Detailed planning has been elaborated on the basis of the Riga City Council Resolution No.2245 dated 10 April 2007 “On starting detailed planning of the land plot “Cakaru Māja” at Kleisti (cadastre No.01001042082), approval of the detailed planning territory borders and the work task, as well as arranging the first stage of public discussion”.
Aim of the detailed planning is to facilitate development of the territory adjacent to the junction of the Piejūras Road and the Ziemeļu Crossing. The responsible official person is Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council.
The first stage of public discussion of the detailed planning is determined as 2 weeks from 29 August 2007 to 12 September 2007.
Materials on the planning can be reviewed at the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela and the Kurzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 24 Dzirciema iela.

Written offers and initiatives can be submitted to the Urban Planning Board of the City Development Department of the Riga City Council at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV – 1050, prior to the aforesaid term.
With regards to the detailed planning, only written applications and offers submitted by 12 September 2007 shall be accepted and considered.
