Notification on the first stage of public discussion of the detailed planning of the land plots located at 36/38 Kalnciema iela and 11 Melnsila iela, Riga, and the adjacent territory
On the basis of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Regulation No.883 of 10 October 2004 Regulations on Planning the Local Government Territory, Clause 61, please be informed that on 3 July 2007 the Riga City Council has adopted a resolution No.2629 “On starting elaboration of the detailed planning of the land plots at 36/38 Kalnciema iela and 11 Melnsila iela (cadastre No.0100 059 0150, No.0100 059 0155) and the adjacent territory, approval of the detailed planning territory borders and the work task, as well as arranging the first stage of public discussion”.
Aim of the detailed planning is to specify the territory usage and the construction regulations within the limits of the detailed planning territory.
The head of the aforesaid detailed planning elaboration is the Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council.
The first stage term of the public discussion is from 14 September 2007 to 28 September 2007.
The detailed planning materials can be reviewed at the premises of the Riga Zemgale Urban District Executive Directorate at 46 E.Smiļģa iela, Riga, and the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, from 14 September 2007 to 28 September 2007. Written offers and initiatives can be submitted to the Urban Planning Board of the City Development Department of the Riga City Council at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV – 1050.
The Questionnaire Form can be requested and completed at the Clients Service Centre of the City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga.
With regards to the detailed planning, only written applications and offers, as well as the Questionnaires, submitted by 28 September 2007 shall be accepted and considered.
