Notice of Commencement of Development of Detailed Plan for Land Plot Without Number at Stirnu iela (Cadastre No. 0100 070 2517) and the Adjacent Territory
The development has been commenced according to the 11 March 2008 decree by the Riga City Council No. 3432: On Commencement of Development of Detailed Plan for Land Plot Without Number at Stirnu iela (Cadastre No. 0100 070 2517) and the Adjacent Territory, and Approval of Detailed Plan Territory Border and Statement of Works.
According to the graphical part of Riga City Territorial Plan for 2006-2018 and the territory usage and construction rules (the binding regulations No. 34 by the Riga City Council of 20 December 2005), the land plot is situated in residential construction area.
The aim of the detailed plan is to describe in detail the usage requirements and usage restrictions foreseen (permitted) in the Riga City Territorial Plan for 2006-2018, and to provide an appropriate infrastructure.

Proposals may be submitted from 2 February 2009 to 27 February 2009. During this period of time, written proposals may be submitted by post or in person at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV-1050, 1st floor, telephone 67105800. The applicants must include in the application their name, surname, personal identity number and the address of residence, while legal entities must include their name, address and registration number. If the applicant wishes to receive a written response, it should be clearly stated in the application.
Only written applications and applications submitted before 27 February 2009 shall be eligible for consideration.
