On the basis of the resolution No.2-DA-08-8-nd adopted by the Riga City Construction Board on 20.12.2007, SIA City Development Company, Reg.No. 40003710596, 32-2a Blaumaņa iela, Riga, contact phone 67502923, passes the following construction project for public discussion: “New Construction Proposal for the Multifunctional Construction Complex in Riga, at the Block Part between Lāčplēša, Satekles and Visvalža Ielas” at the land plots of group 31, ground 37, 38, 39, 109,110,139, 2023 and 2043.

Informative materials on the construction project can be reviewed at the Hall of the Riga Latgale Urban District Executive Directorate at 31 Daugavpils iela, Riga, from 28.01.2008 to 25.02.2008 on workdays (Mo. 10:00-19:00, Tu., We. 8:30-17:00, Th. 10:00:00-19:00, Fr. 8:30-16:00).
Written comments can be submitted within the aforesaid period (up to 25.02.2008) to the Riga Latgale Urban District Executive Directorate at 31 Daugavpils iela, as well as to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, 1st Floor, phone 67037924.
Presentation of the construction project will take place on 05.02.2008 at the Latgale Urban District Executive Directorate at 31 Daugavpils iela, Riga, at 14:00.
After summarizing the results of the public discussion, the Riga City Construction Board shall further submit the issue for consideration to the Riga City Council at 1 Ratslaukums, phone 8000 800.
