Land Plot at Ūnijas iela 58A, Ūnijas iela 60
Publication of the announcement “On the first stage of public discussion of the detailed planning for the land plot at Ūnijas iela 58A, Ūnijas iela 60” in the newspaper “Latvijas Vēstnesis”, dated 7 August 2007, issue No.126, and the newspaper “5 min” dated 2 August 2007 has been called off, as a new term has been determined for the first stage of the public discussion of the detailed planning.
The detailed planning is developed on the basis of the Riga City Council Resolution No.2526 of 19 June 2007 “On starting elaboration of detailed planning of the land plot at Ūnijas iela 58A, Ūnijas iela 60 (cadastre No.01000700058) and the adjacent territory, approving the detailed planning territory boundary and the work task, as well as arranging the first stage of public discussion”.
Aim of the detailed planning is to specify the territory usage and the construction regulations within the limits of the detailed planning.
The responsible official is the Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council. The detailed planning is developed by SIA “Livland”.
The first stage of the public discussion of the detailed planning is determined as 4 weeks from 10 September 2007 to 8 October 2007.
Materials on the planning can be reviewed at the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela and the Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 266 Brīvības gatve and SIA “Livland” at 47 Brīvības iela, Riga.

The Questionnaire Forms can be requested and submitted, when completed, to the Clients Service Centre of the City Development Department.
Written offers and initiatives can be submitted to the Urban Planning Board of the City Development Department of the Riga City Council at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV – 1050, prior to the aforesaid term, as well as to SIA “Livland” at 47 Brīvības iela, Riga, LV-1010.
With regards to the detailed planning, only written applications and offers submitted by 8 October 2007 shall be accepted and considered.
