First stage of public discussion of planning for the plot of land at 2 Koksneses prospekts and its adjacent territory
Plan development will begin on the basis of decision No 2906 of the Riga Council (protocol No. 81, Paragraph 30) dated 9 October 2007 “about the beginning of the plan development for the plot of land at 2 Koksneses prospect (cadastral No. 01000840101) and its adjacent land, approval of planned territory border and job description, as well as organization of the first stage of public discussion of the planning”.
Objective of planning – to detail use and restrictions of use of the planned (permitted) use of Riga territory for 2006-2018, as well as design an appropriate infrastructure.
Aim of planning – to specify the use of the territory and conditions of building within the borders of the planned territory.
Plan development will be managed by the head of the Planning Section of City Planning Directorate of City Development Department of the Riga Council. Opening hours: Mondays and Thursdays 14:00 to 18:00. Plan development – “SIA Pilsētprojektēšanas birojs”.
Term of stage 1 of public discussion is 2 weeks from 7 December 2007 to 21 De3cember 2007. During this time all information materials can be received at the Riga Ziemelu District Administration at 21 Rupniecibas iela on Mondays from 9:00 to 19:00, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 9:00 to 17:00, on Fridays from 9:00 to 16:00, as well as in the Customer Service Section of City Development Department of Riga Council in Riga, 4 Amatu iela, 1st floor, on Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 19:00, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00 to 16:00, on Fridays from 9:00 to 14:00.

Only written applications and suggestions submitted by 21 December 2007 will be considered. Information about further events in connection with public discussions will be placed in the newspapers “Latvijas Vēstnesis” and “5 min”.
