Construction Project – Reconstruction of the Four-Storey Former Industrial Building at 3/9 Baltā iela, Riga
On the basis of the Administrative Act No.2-DA-07-3012-nd dated 6 June 2007 of the Riga City Construction Board, SIA „KUBI”, Reg.No. 40003819187, 3/9 Baltā iela, phone 29233161, presents for public discussion the construction project – Reconstruction of the Four-Storey Former Industrial Building at 3/9 Baltā iela, Riga, land plot cadastre No.01000630049.
The construction project designer is SIA “Sīlis, Zābers un Kļava”, 8 Kalēju iela, Riga, phone 29225580. Informative materials on the construction project can be reviewed at the Hall of the Riga Kurzeme Urban District Executive Directorate of the Riga City Council at 26 Dzirciema iela, Riga, from 22 August 2007 to 21 September 2007 on workdays during office hours.
Written references can be submitted within the aforesaid period to the Riga Kurzeme Urban District Executive Directorate of the Riga City Council at 26 Dzirciema iela, Riga, as well as to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, 1st Floor, phone 67105457. Presentation of the construction project will take place on 31 August 2007 at the Riga Kurzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 26 Dzirciema iela, Riga, at 13:30.
After summarizing the public discussion results, the Riga City Construction Board shall further submit the issue for consideration to the Riga City Council at 1 Ratslaukums, phone 8000 800.
