On the basis of the established deficiencies in the process of public discussion and the interested manifested by the residents in the construction project “16-Storey Block of Flats at U/N Vangažu iela, Riga, cadastre No.0100 092 2264”, SIA “Rīgas pilsētbūvnieks”, Reg. No. 50003590021, 19/23 Baznīcas iela, Riga, and SIA “TEBRA BŠ”, Reg. No. 42102000722, 3 Austuves iela, Riga, telephone 67187242, 29234452, extend the public discussion term up to 20.10.2007.
Author of the project is architect Igors Kirsanovs, the architect’s practice certificate No.10-0943, phone 29257012. Informative materials on the construction project can be reviewed at Executive Directorate of the Riga Vidzeme Urban District at 266 Brīvības gatve, Riga, up to 20.10.2007 on workdays from 9.00 to 17.00.
Written comments can be submitted within the aforesaid period to the Riga Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 266 Brīvības gatve, as well as to the Clients Service Center of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, telephone 67012850.
Presentation of the construction project shall take place on 11.10.2007 at the Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at Room 509, 266 Brīvības gatve, Riga at 11.00.
After summarizing the public discussion results, the Riga City Construction Board shall further submit the construction project issue for consideration to the Riga City Council at 1 Ratslaukums, contact phone: 8000800.
