On the basis of the Administrative Act No.2-DA-07-2671-ap dated 04.06.2007 of the Riga City Construction Board and the letter No.2-DA-07-3933-ap dated 28.09.2007, Jurijs Svirčenkovs, phone +371 29516167 and Lidija Raskina, phone +371 29256398, present for public discussion the construction project “Construction of Four Three Storey Semi-detached Houses” at U/N Melīdas iela, Riga, the land plot cadastre No.01001120075; 01001120076.
The construction project designer is SIA “Pilārs&partneri”, Reg.No. 40003833903, 28 Čiekurkalna 3.šķērslīnija, Riga, phone +371 67517154.
Informative materials on the construction project can be reviewed at the premises of the Riga Northern Region Executive Directorate at 21 Rūpniecības iela, Riga, from 22.10.2007 to 22.11.2007 on workdays during office hours.
Written comments can be submitted within the aforesaid period (up to 22.11.2007) to the Riga Northern Region Executive Directorate premises at 21 Rūpniecības iela, Riga, as well as to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, 1st Floor, phone +371 67105457.
Presentation of the construction project shall take place on 30.10.2007 at the Riga Northern Region Executive Directorate premises at 21 Rūpniecības iela, Riga, at 15.00.
After summarizing the results of the public discussion, the Riga City Construction Board shall further submit the issue for consideration to Riga City Council at 1 Ratslaukums, phone +371 8000 800.
