On the basis of the Administrative Act No.2-DA-07-5491-nd dated 22.08.2007 of the Riga City Construction Board and the letter No.2-DA-07-5742-nd dated 04.09.2007, SIA „NCC Spilve Development”, Reg.No. 50003853691, 11a/6 Ūnijas iela, Riga, LV-1039, phone 67567841, presents for public discussion the construction project “Complex of 5 and 6 Storey Blocks of Flats” at U/N Dzirciema iela, Riga, the land plot cadastre No. 0100 077 0025.
The construction project designer is SIA “Sestais Stils”, Reg.No. 40003076375, 3 Riharda Vāgnera iela, Riga, LV-1050, phone 67228542.
Informative materials on the construction project can be reviewed at the Riga Kurzeme Urban District Executive Directorate premises at 26 Dzirciema iela, Riga, LV-1007 from 18.10.2007 to 19.11.2007 on workdays during office hours.
Written comments can be submitted within the aforesaid period to the Riga Kurzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 26 Dzirciema iela, Riga, LV-1007, as well as to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, phone 67105457.
Presentation of the construction project shall take place on 29.10.2007 at the Riga Kurzeme Urban District Executive Directorate premises at 8 Mazā Stacijas iela, Riga, at 14.00.
After summarizing the results of the public discussion, the Riga City Construction Board shall further submit the issue for consideration to Riga City Council at 1 Ratslaukums, phone 8000 800.
