Announcement on the First Stage of Public Discussions of the Riga City Council Binding Regulations No.38 of 7 February 2006 “Regulations on Usage and Construction of the Riga Historical Centre and Its Protection Zone Territory” in the Graphic Part
In accordance with Clause 1 of the Riga City Council Resolution No. 4090 of 21 July 2008 “On Starting Elaboration of Amendments to the Riga City Council Resolution No.38 of 7 February 2006 “Regulations on Usage and Construction of the Riga Historical Centre and Its Protection Zone Territory” in the Graphic Part”, elaboration of amendments to the Riga City Council Resolution No.38 of 7 February 2006 “Regulations on Usage and Construction of the Riga Historical Centre and Its Protection Zone Territory” has been started in the graphic part, by correcting the planned (allowed) usage and basic conditions of building up.
The Director of the Riga City Council City Development Department has been approved as the development manager for elaborating the amendments.
The first stage of the public discussion is determined for the period of 12 August 2008 up to 10 September 2008.
During the public discussion period, specialists of the Riga City Council City Development Department will provide consultations and reply to your questions every Thursday from 14:00 till 17:00 in the Riga City Council Entrance Hall located on the first floor at 1 Rātslaukums.
Planning of the Riga historical centre and its protection zone territory and amendments to it, the Riga territory planning for 2006–2018, the Riga development programme for 2006-2012 can be seen in the Riga City Council Entrance Hall located on the first floor at 1 Rātslaukums on workdays from 9:00 till 17:00 during the period of 12 August 2008 up to 10 September 2008, as well at the Internet home page www.rdpad.lv. The public discussion meeting will be held at 17:30 on 3 September 2008 in the Riga City Council Assembly Hall located on the first floor at 1 Rātslaukums.
Visitors will be accepted on Mondays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 18:00 and written comments can be submitted to the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV – 1050, until 10 September 2008.
