Announcement on the 1st Stage of Public Discussion of Amendments to the Work Task Approved by Resolution No.2633 dated 03.07.2007 of the Riga City Council: On Starting Development of Amendments to the Riga City Council Binding Regulations No.34 of 20.12.2005 Regulations on the Riga Territory Usage and Construction in the Graphic Parts Planned (Allowed) Usage of the Territory in the Scale of 1:10,000 and The Plan of Number of Storeys for Construction in the Scale of 1:10,000

Director of the Riga City Council City Development Department has been approved as the head for elaborating the amendments.
The public discussion term is determined as 14 April to 16 May 2008.

During the public discussion period, specialists of the Riga City Council City Development Department will provide consultations and reply to your questions every Thursday from 14:00 till 17:00 in the Riga City Council premises at 1 Rātslaukums.
Visitors will be accepted on Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00 to 18.00 at the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV – 1050.

The Riga Territory Planning for the Years 2006-2010, the Riga Development Programme for the Years 2006-2012, the Riga Long-term Development Strategy for the Period up to 2025, the Riga Region Territory Planning with amendments, the Riga Region Development Programme, the Riga Region Development Programme for 2005-2011 and the Riga Planning Region Spatial (Territorial) Planning can be viewed at the Riga City Council at 1 Rātslaukums, the 3rd Floor, on workdays from 9.00 to 17.00 starting with 16 May 2008, as well as on the web page www.rdpad.lv.

The public discussion meeting will take place on 7 May 2008 at 17:30 in the premises of the Riga City Council at 1 Rātslaukums, the 1st Floor.

Written comments can be submitted to the Urban Planning Board of Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV – 1050 by 16 May 2008.
