Announcement on Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot between Maza Ūdens iela, Daugavgrīvas iela and Zunda Canal, Riga
Elaboration of the Detailed Planning has been started pursuant to the Riga City Council resolution No. 4726 dated 17.02.2009 (Proceedings No.121, Article 26) On Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot between Maza Ūdens iela, Daugavgrīvas iela and Zunda Canal, Riga, Approval of the Detailed Planning Boundary and the Work Task.
The Detailed Planning territory contains the land plots with the cadastral No. 01000630227, 01000632110, 01000630085, 01000632085, 01000630229, 01000630084, 01000632019, 01000630134, 01000632062 (a part), 01000632061 (a part), 01000630228, 01000632112 and 01000632111.
In accordance with the graphic part of the Riga Territory Plan for 2006 – 2018 and the Territory Usage and Construction Regulations (the Riga City Council binding regulations No.34 dated 20.12.2005); the land plot is located in the mixed construction territory and the street red lines.
The aim of the detailed planning elaboration is to specify conditions for the territory usage and construction conditions within the planning boundary.
Head of the Detailed Planning elaboration is Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department. Office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 18:00 at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, 5th Floor, by appointment – tel. +371 67105816.

The term for submitting proposals is determined as from 16.03.2009 to 31.03.2009. During the aforesaid period written proposals can be sent by mail or submitted in person to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Construction Board at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV-1050, 1st Floor, telephone +371 67105800, indicating the name, surname, identity number and permanent address, and for legal entities – the name, address and registration number. If the applicant needs to receive a written reply, it must be indicated in the Application.
Only written applications and proposals submitted before 31.03.2009 shall be considered.
