Announcement on Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot at U/N Višķu iela, Riga (Cadastral No. 0100 126 2090)

Elaboration of the Detailed Planning has been started pursuant to the Riga City Council resolution No. 4682 dated 27.01.2009 (Proceedings No. 120, Article 26) On Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot at U/N Višķu iela (Cadastral No. 0100 126 2090), Approval of the Detailed Planning Boundary and the Work Task.

In accordance with the graphic part of the Riga Territory Plan for 2006-2018 and the Territory Usage and Construction Regulations (the Riga City Council binding regulations No. 34 dated 20.12.2005: The Riga Territory Usage and Construction Regulations), the land plot is located in the mixed construction territory (J), where the land primary usage is a multi-storey block of flats, a business institution, a shopping/service facility, as well as placement of a light manufacturing enterprise, which causes only insignificant pollution, is allowed. Usage in accordance with requirements of Article 7.3 of the Riga Territory Usage and Construction Regulations is allowed.

The Detailed Planning territory contains the land plots with the cadastral No. 0100 126 2090, a part of the land plot with the cadastral No. 0100 126 2124, No. 0100 126 0061, No. 0100 126 2067, No. 0100 126 2079, No. 0100 126 200040.

The task of the detailed planning is to specify requirements and restrictions of the planned (permitted) usage determined by the Riga Territory Plan for 2006-2018 in the mixed construction territory, as well as to anticipate the appropriate infrastructure for these. To elaborate preconditions for possible development of the territory.

The aim of the detailed planning is to specify conditions for usage and construction of the detailed planning territory.

Head of the Detailed Planning elaboration is Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department. Office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 18:00 at 4 Amatu iela, 5th Floor, Riga (in accordance with the previous appointment by telephone +371-67105816).

The term for submitting the proposals is determined as 2 weeks – from 2 March to 16 March 2009.

Written proposals can be sent by mail or submitted in person, within the aforesaid period, to the Client Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department, at 4 Amatu iela, Riga LV-1050, telephone +371-67105800, or to the designer – Metrum SIA, Registration No. 40003388748, Elizabetes iela 20, Riga, LV–1050, telephone +371-67609043, fax +371-67609033, indicating the name, surname, identity number and permanent address, and for legal entities – the name, address and registration number. If the applicant needs to receive a written reply, it must be indicated in the Application.

Only written applications and proposals submitted before 16.03.2009 shall be considered.
