Announcement on Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot at U/N Vecāķu Prospekts, Riga, (Cadastral No. 01001201418), Approval of the Detailed Planning Boundary and the Work Task
Elaboration of the Detailed Planning has been started pursuant to the Riga City Council resolution No. 4283 dated 14.10.2008 (Proceedings No. 112, Article 15) On Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot at U/N Vecāķu Prospekts (Cadastral No. 01001201418), Approval of the Detailed Planning Boundary and the Work Task.
In conformity with the graphic part of the Riga Territory Planning for 2006-2018 and the Territory Usage and Construction Regulations (the Riga City Council binding regulations No. 34 dated 20.12.2005), the land plot is located partially at the plantation and nature territory, which is preserved or specially arranged for providing various functions (ecological, recreational, the city image formation), covered with vegetation or with plants growing, publicly accessible (Article 7.9 of the Riga Territory Usage and Construction Regulations), at the red lines of the street, where the primary usage way is for pedestrians and bicycles, private, public and freight transport, the city electric transport traffic in the city, as well as location of the transport and engineering constructions (Article 7.8 of the Riga Territory Usage and Construction Regulations) and residential construction with plantation at the territory, which means the construction territory with the increased proportion of plantation, where the way of land usage is a private house, a semi-detached house, a terraced house, a low-rise block of flats and a multi-storeyed block of flats (Article 7.10 of the Riga Territory Usage and Construction Regulations).
The task of the Detailed Planning is to particularize the planned (permitted) usage requirements and restrictions determined by the Riga Territory Planning for 2006-2018, as well as to anticipate the appropriate infrastructure for these.
The responsible Head of the Detailed Planning elaboration is Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department. Office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 18:00 at 4 Amatu iela, 5th Floor, Riga, in accordance with the previous appointment by telephone +371-67105816.
The term for submitting the proposals is determined as 2 weeks – from 19 November to 03 December. Written proposals during the aforesaid period can be sent by mail or submitted in person to the Client Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, 1st Floor, Riga, LV-1050, telephone +371-6710580, or to the Architect Aleksandrs Sološenko office at Stirnu iela 13a–2a, Riga, LV-1035, telephone +371-67379179, indicating the name, surname, identity number and permanent address, and for the legal entities – the name, address and registration number. If the applicant needs to receive a written reply, it must be indicated in the Application.
Only written applications and proposals submitted by 03 December shall be considered.
