Announcement on Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot at 1 Ropažu iela (Cadastre Number 01000860438)

Elaboration of the Detailed Planning has been started on the basis of the Riga City Council resolution No. 3940 (Minutes. No.104, Paragraph 44) dated 8 July 2008 “On Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot at 1 Ropažu iela (cadastre number 01000860438), Approval of the Detailed Planning Territory Boundary and the Work Task”.

The Detailed Planning Territory includes a land plot located at 1 Ropažu iela, cadastre number 0100 086 0438.

Aim of the detailed planning is to particularise the planned (permitted) usage requirements and restrictions determined by the Riga territory planning for the years 2006-2018, as well as to anticipate the appropriate infrastructure for these.

The responsible Head of the detailed planning elaboration is Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department. Office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00 to 18.00 at 4 Amatu iela, Floor 5, Riga. Information on starting the detailed planning is available on the Internet at https://www.rdpad.lv in the chapter Public Discussions.

The term for submitting the offers is determined as 3 weeks – from 21 July to 11 August. Written offers during the aforesaid period can be sent by mail or submitted in person to the City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Floor 1, Riga, Clients Service Centre, or to the Initiator – SIA Dentava (31/9 Cēsu iela, Riga LV-1012, ph.: 67224803, fax: 67224804) or to the Designer – SIA Rīgers, Unified Registration Number 50103075541 (21-203 Skolas iela, Riga LV-1010, ph./fax: 67333235), by indicating your given name, surname, personal identity number and permanent address, and for legal entities – title, address, registration number. Only written applications and offers submitted before 11 August shall be considered.
