Announcement on Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Block between Kalna iela, Lauvas iela, Ludzas iela and Viļānu iela

Elaboration of the Detailed Planning has been started on the basis of the Riga City Council resolution No. 3570 (Prot. No.96, Clause12) dated 15 April 2008 “On Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Block between Kalna iela, Lauvas iela, Ludzas iela and Viļānu iela, Approval of the Detailed Planning Territory Boundary and the Work Task”.

The detailed planning territory includes land plots with the cad.No.0100 046 0034, 0100 046 0030, 0100 046 0031, 0100 046 0032, 0100 046 0033, 0100 046 0143, 0100 046 0142, 0100 046 0178, 0100 046 0036, 0100 046 0037, 0100 046 0038, 0100 046 0129, 0100 046 0039, 0100 046 0041, 0100 046 0042.

Aim of the detailed planning is to particularize the planned (permitted) usage requirements and restrictions determined by the Riga territory planning for the years 2006-2018, as well as to anticipate the appropriate infrastructure for these.

The responsible Head of the detailed planning elaboration is the Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department. Office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 18:00 at 4 Amatu iela, Floor 5, Riga. Information on starting the detailed planning is available on the internet at https://www.rdpad.lv in the chapter Public Discussions.

Written offers and references can be sent by mail or submitted in person by 9 July 2008 to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Floor 1, Riga, or to the planning developer SIA “Damsijas”, 223 Brīvības iela, Riga, LV-1039, (tel.29103226, architect Dace Bērziņa), by indicating the given name, surname, personal identity number and permanent address, and for the legal entities – the name, address and registration number. Only written applications and offers submitted before 9 July 2008 shall be considered.
