Announcement on Start of the Detailed Planning Development for the Territory between Pērnavas iela, Strenču iela and the Railway Arch
Development of the Detailed Planning has been started on the basis of the Riga City Council resolution No. 3431 (Prot. No.93, cl.18) dated 11.03.2008: On Starting the Detailed Planning Development of the Territory between Pērnavas iela, Strenču iela and the Railway Arch, Approval of the Detailed Planning Territory Boundary and the Work Task.
Task of the detailed planning is to specify the planned (allowed) usage requirements and usage restrictions determined by the Riga territory planning for 2006-2018 and planning of the Riga historical centre and its protection zone territory, as well as to anticipate the appropriate infrastructure for these, by enabling the full-scale inclusion of the territory into the cultural and historical spatial system of the Riga historical centre, forming the city planning image of the new territory, creating prerequisites for involvement of the cultural and historical values in functional reorganization of the block and developing the public and private external premises.
The responsible Head of the detailed planning development is Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department. Office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00 to 18.00 at 4 Amatu iela, Floors 4, 5, Riga. Information on starting the detailed planning is available in the internet at https://www.rdpad.lv in the chapter Public Discussions.
The term for submitting the tenders is determined as 3 weeks – from 9th to 30th June. Written tenders during the aforesaid period can be sent by mail or submitted in person to the City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Floor 1, Riga, to the Clients Service Centre or to SIA Velve-AE (94 Tallinas iela, Riga LV-1009), indicating the name, surname, personal code and permanent address, and for the legal entities – the name, address and registration No. Only written applications and tenders submitted before 30 June shall be considered.
