Announcement on Public Discussion of the Detailed Planning in the 1st Draft for the Land Plots at 36/38 Kalnciema iela and 11 Melnsila iela (Cadastral No. 0100 059 0150, No. 0100 059 0155) and the Adjacent Territory

Pursuant to the Riga City Council Resolution No. 4286 of 14.10.2008 (Proceedings No. 75, Article 28) On Passing the Detailed Planning in the 1st Wording of the Land Plots at 36/38 Kalnciema iela and 11 Melnsila iela (Cadastral No. 01000590150, Cadastral No.01000590155) and the Adjacent Territory for Public Discussion, public discussion of the Detailed Planning in the 1st draft of the land plots at 36/38 Kalnciema iela and 11 Melnsila iela (Cadastral No. 01000590150, Cadastral No. 01000590155) and the adjacent territory, has been started.

The Detailed Planning is elaborated pursuant to the Riga City Council Resolution No. 2629 of 03.07.2007 ( Proceedings No.112, Article 18) On Starting Elaboration of the Detailed Planning of the Land Plots at 36/38 Kalnciema iela and 11 Melnsila iela (Cadastral No. 01000590150, Cadastral No.01000590155) and the Adjacent Territory, Approval of the Detailed Planning Territory Boundary and the Work Task, as well as Arranging the First Stage of Public Discussion.

The Detailed Planning is elaborated in accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 883 of 19.10.2004 Local Government Territory Planning Regulations (in the wording, which was in force as of 03.07.2007).

Aim of the Detailed Planning is to specify usage of the territory and the construction conditions within the Detailed Planning boundaries.
Task of the Detailed Planning is to particularize the planned (permitted) usage requirements and restrictions determined by the Riga Territory Planning for the Years 2006-2018, as well as to envisage the appropriate infrastructure for these.

The Detailed Planning territory includes the land plots with the cadastral No. 0100 059 0150, No. 0100 059 0155, No. 0100 059 0156.
The responsible official person is Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department, office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00 till 18.00 at 4 Amatu iela, 5th Floor, Riga.

The public discussion period of the Detailed Planning in the 1st wording is determined as two weeks – from 31.10.2008 to 13.11.2008.
The public discussion meeting will be held at 17:00 on 13.11.2008 in the Riga Zemgale Urban District Executive Directorate at 46 Eduarda Smiļģa iela, Riga, Conference Hall.
Materials of the Detailed Planning in the 1st draft can be viewed at the Client Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga (tel. +371 67105800), and the Riga Zemgale Urban District Executive Directorate at 46 Eduarda Smiļģa iela, Riga, 1st Floor and Room 301.

Written proposals and the public discussion Reference Forms can be submitted to the Client Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV-1050, or sent to the authorized person of the planning developer Baltic Development Consultancy SIA, at 1-2 Raiņa bulvāris, Riga, LV-1050.

Only written applications and proposals submitted before 13.11.2008 shall be considered.

If the applicant needs to receive a written reply, it must be indicated in the Application or in the Reference Form, providing additionally the following information: an individual provides his/her name, surname, identity number and home address, and the legal entity provides its name, address and registration number.
