Announcement on Presenting the First Draft of the Detailed Planning for the Land Plots at U/N Jāņogu iela and U/N Maskavas iela (2nd Stage) for Public Discussion

The first draft of the Detailed Planning has been presented pursuant to the Riga City Council resolution No. 4807 of 03.03.2009.

The public discussion period has been determined as 31.03.2009 to 17.04.2009.

The Detailed Planning materials in the first draft can be viewed at the Riga Latgale Urban District Executive Directorate Hall at Daugavpils iela 31, at the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Construction Board at Amatu iela 4 and the Architect I. Maurāne office at Skolas iela 21-408a, telephone +371 29298108. Office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00 – 18.00 at Amatu iela 4, 5th Floor, Riga (telephone +371 67102816).

Information on the detailed planning is available from the internet: on https://www.rdpad.lv in the Public Discussions section.

The public discussion meeting will be held at 17:00 on 16.04.2009 at the Latgale Urban District Executive Directorate at Daugavpils iela 31.

Written proposals can be submitted by 17.04.2009 to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Construction Board at Amatu iela 4, Riga, LV-1050. The following must be provided in the application: for an individual – his/her name, surname and home address, and for the legal entity – its name, address and registration number.
