1st stage of public discussion of the land plot, situated on Varzu iela (w/o building number), Riga, cadastral No. 0100 070 2488, and its adjacent territory
Based upon clause 61 of the LR CM regulations No. 883 “Regulations on the planning of the local municipality territory” dated 19.10.2004, Riga City Council has taken the decision No. 1840 “On the beginning of elaboration of the detailed planning, the approval of the detailed plan borders and the working task of the land plot situated on Varzu iela (w/o the building number), Riga, cadastral No. 01000702488), and its adjacent territory as well as the organization of the 1st stage of the public discussion” dated 19.12.2006.
The elaboration of the detailed plan is going on under the supervision of the head of the Detailed Planning Division of the Riga City Council City Development Department Urban Planning Board, Ilze Purmale.
The task of the detailed plan is to present details of the planned (authorized) utilization claim and the utilization restrictions for the Riga territory plan for the years 2006–2018, as well as to provide the necessary infrastructure.
The aim of the elaboration of the detailed plan is to present grounds for the construction project and to define its development possibilities.
The 1st stage of the public discussion shall go on for four weeks from 03.12.2007 until 03.01.2008.
During this period it is possible to become familiar with the information materials: in the City Development Department Clients’ Service Centre in Riga at 4 Amatu iela, ground floor, on Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 19:00, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00 to 16:00, on Fridays from 9:00 to 14:00 as well as in the Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate in Riga at 266 Brivibas gatve.

The survey questionnaires are available in and the completed forms are to be submitted to the City Development Department Clients’ Service Centre (information phone 67105800) and in the SIA “Arhitektu birojs – Krasts” at 55 Dzirnavu iela, office 7, Riga (phone 29613207).
Written proposals and initiatives are to be submitted to the Riga City Council City Development Department Urban Planning Board at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV-1050. Only written applications and proposals submitted before 03.01.2008 shall be taken into consideration.
