On Public Discussion of the Detailed Planning of the Land Plot at Mazā Jugla

Announcement on the first stage of Public Discussion of the detailed planning of the land plot at Mazās Juglas iela (Cadastre No.0100 123 2002, 0100 123 2006).

The planning is developed on the basis of the Riga City Council Resolution No.2467 of 29 May 2007. Aim of the planning is to particularize the planned (permitted) usage requirements and restrictions of the Riga territory planning for the years 2006-2018. To elaborate preconditions for the possible development of the territory. The responsible official person is the Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board.

The Planning Public Discussion programme anticipates the first stage of the discussion, during which the output data shall be collected, the information and offers of respondents on the project territory shall be summarized, and the second stage of the discussion, during which an opportunity will be provided to study and to evaluate the detailed planning in its 1st wording and to express one’s opinion at the Public Discussion Meeting.

The first stage of the Planning Public Discussion is determined for the period of 16.07.2007 to 30.07.2007. Materials on the planning can be viewed at the Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 266 Brīvības gatve, Riga, and at the Clients Service Center of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, every workday. Written offers and the questionnaires can be submitted within the aforesaid period to Clients Service Centre of the City Development Department or sent to the planning developer SIA “Arhitektu Birojs Arteks” at 18-7 Elizabetes iela, Riga, LV-1050. Information on the second stage of the planning public discussion shall be published at newspapers “Latvijas Vēstnesis” and “5 min.”, as well as placed at the Riga City Council City Development Department Internet home page https://www.rdpad.lv , broadcasted by radio at “Rīgas Ziņās”, placed in the Riga City Council lounge, the Riga City Development Department and the Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate.

Only written applications and offers submitted by 30 July 2007 shall be accepted and considered.
