Announcement on Public Discussion of the First Draft of the Detailed Planning of the Land Plot at Ropažu iela 8, Riga, Cadastral No. 0100 086 0438

The first draft of the detailed planning is presented for public discussion pursuant to the Riga City Council Resolution No. 4685 of 27.01.2009 On Presenting the First Draft of the Detailed Planning of the Land Plot at Ropažu iela 8, Cad. No. 0100 086 0438, for Public Discussion and Receiving Statements.

The detailed planning is elaborated pursuant to the Riga City Council Resolution No. 3940 of 08.07.2008 On Starting Elaboration of the Detailed Planning of the Land Plot at Ropažu iela 1, Cad. No. 0100 086 0438, Approval of the Detailed Planning Territory Boundary and the Work Task.

The aim of the detailed planning is to specify requirements and restrictions of the planned (permitted) usage determined by the Riga Territory Plan for 2006-2018 in the mixed construction territory, as well as to anticipate the appropriate infrastructure for these.

The responsible official is the Head of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department. Office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 18:00 at Amatu iela 4, Riga, 5th Floor, in accordance with the previous appointment by telephone +371-67105816.

The public discussion period of the detailed planning in the 1st wording is determined as 3 weeks – from 09.02.2009 to 02.03.2009.

The public discussion meeting will take place at 16.00 on 23.02.2009 in the Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate premises.

Materials of the first draft of the detailed planning can be viewed in the Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate entrance-hall at Brīvības gatve 266, Riga, the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Construction Board at Amatu iela 4, Riga, telephone +371 67105800, as well as at the construction site boundary at Ropažu iela 8, Riga. Information on the detailed planning is available in the Internet at https://www.rdpad.lv in the section Public Discussions.

Written proposals and the public discussion reference forms can be submitted to the Customer Service Centre of the Riga City Construction Board or sent by mail to Amatu iela 4, Riga, LV-1050, or to the detailed planning elaborator – Rigers SIA at Skolas iela 21-203, Riga, LV-1010, telephone +371 67333235.

Only written applications and proposals submitted before 02.03.2009 shall be considered. If the applicant would like to receive a written reply, it must be indicated in the application or the reference form. The following must be provided in the application: for an individual – his/her name, surname and home address, and for a company – its name, address and registration number.
