On the basis of the resolution adopted by the Construction Board of the Riga City Council on 14 June 2007, Līga Plaude, Rīga, phone 67356531, presents for public discussion the construction project “The Terraced House” at u/n Lilastes iela, Riga, the land plot Cadastre No.0100 124 2073.
The construction project designer is SIA “Graf-X”, Reg.No.40003158614, address: 12-1 Emīla Dārziņa iela, Riga, ph.67288736. Informative materials on the construction project can be reviewed at the premises of the Riga Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 266 Brīvības gatve from 13 August 2007 to 10 September 2007 on workdays (Monday 8:30-18:00; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30-17:00, Friday 8:30-16:00).
Written references can be submitted within the aforesaid period to the Riga Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 266 Brīvības gatve, as well as to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, phone: 67012850. Presentation of the construction project shall take place on 28 August 2007 at the Vidzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 266 Brīvības gatve, Riga at 13.00.
After summarizing the public discussion results, the Riga City Construction Board shall further submit the issue for consideration to the Riga City Council at 1 Ratslaukums, phone: 8000800.
