On the basis of the Administrative Act No.2-DA-07-5004-nd of 2 August 2007 of the Riga City Construction Board, SIA “NEWTON”, Reg.No.40003574932, 33a Krišjāņa Barona iela, Riga, phone 29554456 presents for public discussion the construction project “The 7-Storey Residential Block of Flats with the 2-Storey Underground Car Park” at 23 Blaumaņa iela, Riga, land plot cadastre No.01000300039.
The construction project designer is SIA “STUDIJA AB”, Reg.No.40003661553, 20 Jaunogres prospekts, Ogre, phone 28604765.
Informative materials on the construction project can be reviewed at the Riga Central Region Executive Directorate at 10/12 Pērses iela, Riga, from 24 August 2007 to 21 September 2007 on workdays during office hours.
Written references can be submitted within the aforesaid period to the Riga Central Region Executive Directorate at 10/12 Pērses iela, Riga, as well as to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, 1st Floor, phone: 67105457. Presentation of the construction project shall take place on 7 September 2007 at the Riga Central Region Executive Directorate at 10/12 Pērses iela, Riga, at 14.00.
After summarizing the public discussion results, the Riga City Construction Board shall further submit the issue for consideration to the Riga City Council at 1 Ratslaukums, phone 8000 800.
