First stage of public discussion about planning of the plots of land at 61 Maskavas iela, 63 Maskavas iela, and 20 Firsa Sadovnikova iela
Plan development will begin on the basis of decision No. 2528 of the Riga Council (protocol No. 61.§) dated 19 June 2007 “about beginning of the plan development of the plots of land at 61 Maskavas iela, 63 Maskavas iela and 20 Firsa Sadovnikova iela (cadastral No. 01000432018, No 01000430078, No. 01000430080, No. 01000432027, No. 01000430120) and their adjacent lands, approval of planned territory border and job description, as well as organization of stage 1 of public discussion of the planning”.
Aim of the planning is to specify the use of the territory and conditions of building within the borders of the planned territory.
Plan development will be managed by the head of the Planning section of the City Planning Directorate of the City Development Department of the Riga Council.
The term of the first stage of public discussion is 4 weeks from 18 December 2007 to 23 January 2008. During this time all information materials can be received for review at the Customer Service Centre of the City Development Department of the Riga Council at 4 Amatu iela, or at the Executive Directorate of the Latgales District at 31 Daugavpils iela, Riga. Questionnaires may be obtained and submitted to the Customer Service Centre of the City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, or to SIA «Metrum» at 87 Vienibas gatve, Riga, LV-1004. Written applications can be sent to the City Planning Directorate of City Development Department of Riga Council, at 4 Amatu street, Riga, LV-1050. In relation to the detailed planning, only written applications and suggestions submitted by 23 January 2008 will be accepted and considered.
