On Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot at U/N Rēznas iela (Cadastral No. 01000482035) and the Adjacent Territory
Pursuant to the Riga City Council Resolution No.4223 of 30 September 2008 (Prot.No.109, Cl.23) On Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot at U/N Rēznas iela (Cadastral No. 01000482035) and the Adjacent Territory, as well as the Approval of the Detailed Planning Territory Boundary and the Work Task, the detailed planning elaboration of the land plot at U/N Rēznas iela, Cadastral No. 01000482035, has been started.
The Head of the detailed planning elaboration is Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department; office hours are Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00 to 18.00, at 4 Amatu iela, 5th floor 5, Riga, tel. +371-67012847.
The Project developer is Arhitekta K. Rukuta Birojs SIA , tel. +371-67299660.
The allowed (planned) usage of the detailed planning territory, in accordance with the Riga Territory Planning for 2006-2018, is a mixed construction territory.
The aim of the detailed planning elaboration is to substantiate the construction project and to determine its development opportunities by anticipating the appropriate infrastructure, to specify the planned usage requirements and restrictions determined by the Riga Territory Planning for 2006-2018.
Written comments and proposals for the detailed planning elaboration can be submitted from 21.10.2008 to 4.11.2008 to the Client Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, or to Arhitekta K. Rukuta Birojs SIA at Kr. Valdemāra iela 38-602, Riga, LV-1010, by indicating the name, surname, personal identity code and permanent address, and for legal entities – the name, address and registration number.
Only written applications and proposals submitted by 4 November shall be considered.
