Announcement on Starting Elaboration of the Detailed Planning of the Vecāku Prospekts Land Plot (Cadastral No. 0100 120 1317)

The Detailed Planning territory includes the land plot located on Vecāķu prospekts, Riga (cadastral No. 0100 120 1317).

The aim of the detailed planning is to detail the planned (permitted) usage requirements and restrictions determined by the Riga Territory Planning for the Years 2006-2018 for the territory of residential housing with greenery (ADz), as well as to anticipate the appropriate infrastructure for these.  The aim of the detailed planning is to specify conditions for the territory usage and construction of the detailed planning territory.

The responsible head of the detailed planning elaboration is Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department. Office hours are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14:00 to 18:00 at 4 Amatu iela, 5th Floor, Riga, in accordance with the previous appointment by telephone +371-67105816.

Information on starting elaboration of the detailed planning is available in the Internet at https://www.rdpad.lv in the section Public Discussions.
The term for submitting the proposals is determined as 3 weeks – from 31 October to 24 November.

Written proposals can be sent by mail or submitted in person within the aforesaid period to the Client Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department, telephone +371 67105816, at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, or to the designer – Ekoloģiskais Fonds SIA, Dzērbenes iela 27 – 217, Riga, LV-1006, telephone/fax +371 67555967, indicating your name, surname, identity number and home address, and for legal entities – the name, address and registration number.

Only written applications and proposals submitted before 24.11.2008 shall be considered.
