Announcement on the First Stage of Public Discussion of Detailed Planning of the Administrative Center Territory at Torņakalns
Detailed planning has been elaborated on the basis of Riga City Council Resolution No.2131 dated 27.02.2007 “On starting detailed planning of the Administrative Center Territory at Torņakalns, approval of the detailed planning territory borders and the work task, as well as arranging the first stage of public discussion”.
The aim of the detailed planning is, in accordance with Riga territory planning for the years 2006-2018, to develop the new administrative center of the city and the appropriate infrastructure, which would unburden the city’s historical center.
The responsible official person is the Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council.
The first stage of public discussion of the detailed planning is determined as four weeks from 02.10.2007 to 30.10.2007. Materials on the planning can be reviewed at the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela and the Zemgale Urban District Executive Directorate at 46 Ed.Smiļģa iela.

The Questionnaire Form can be requested and completed at the Clients Service Centre of the City Development Department of the Riga City Council or SIA “Metrum”, 87 Vienības gatve, Riga, LV-1004.
Written offers and initiatives can be submitted to the Urban Planning Board of the City Development Department of the Riga City Council at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV – 1050, prior to the aforesaid term; office hours for visitors will be on Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00-18.00.
With regards to the detailed planning, only written applications and offers submitted by 30 October 2007 shall be accepted.
If the applicant needs to receive a written reply, the physical entity is to indicate his name, surname, personal code and address, the legal entity – its title, address and registration number.
