Announcement on Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot on Mazā Juglas iela

Elaboration of the Detailed Planning has been started pursuant to Riga City Council Resolution No. 4102 (Prot. No.105, Paragraph 33) dated 21 July 2008 “On Starting the Detailed Planning Elaboration of the Land Plot on Mazā Juglas iela (cadastral number 01001232255), Approval of the Detailed Planning Territory Boundary and the Work Task”.

The Detailed Planning territory includes the land plot located on Mazā Juglas iela, Riga (cadastral No.0100 123 2255).

Aim of the detailed planning is to particularize the planned (permitted) utilisation requirements and restrictions determined by the Riga Territory Planning for the years 2006-2018, as well as to anticipate the appropriate infrastructure for these.

Head of the Detailed Planning Elaboration is Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council City Development Department.

The term for submitting offers is determined as 2 weeks – from 12 August 2008 to 26 August 2008. Written offers within the aforesaid period can be sent by mail or submitted in person to the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela, 1st Floor, or to the detailed planning initiator – SIA ATVV AKA (38-306/5 Kr.Valdemāra iela, Riga, LV-1010, tel. 67271760, fax 67275404) or to the detailed planning developer –  SIA ENTEC, unified registration number 50003681941 (38-306/5 Kr.Valdemāra iela, Riga, LV-1010, tel. 67271760, fax 67275404), indicating your given name, surname, personal identity number and home address, and for legal entities – the title, address, registration number. Only written applications and offers submitted before 26 August will be considered.
