Announcement of the First Stage of Public Discussion of Detailed Planning of the Territory Adjacent to the Junction of the Piejūras Road and the Ziemeļu Crossing

The detailed planning has been elaborated on the basis of the Riga City Council Resolution No.2132 dated 27.02.2007 “On starting detailed planning of the Territory Adjacent to the Junction of the Piejūras Road and the Ziemeļu Crossing, approval of the detailed planning territory borders and the work task, as well as arranging the first stage of public discussion”.

The aim of the detailed planning is to facilitate development of the territory adjacent to the junction of the Piejūras Road and the Ziemeļu Crossing.
The responsible official person is Director of the Detailed Planning Division of the Urban Planning Board of the Riga City Council.

The first stage of public discussion of the detailed planning is determined as four weeks from 05.10.2007 to 02.11.2007. Materials on the planning can be reviewed at the Clients Service Centre of the Riga City Council City Development Department at 4 Amatu iela and the Kurzeme Urban District Executive Directorate at 24 Dzirciema iela. The Questionnaire Form can be requested and completed at the Clients Service Centre of the City Development Department or SIA “Metrum”, 87 Vienības gatve, Riga, LV-1004. Written offers and initiatives can be submitted to the Urban Planning Board of the City Development Department of the Riga City Council at 4 Amatu iela, Riga, LV – 1050, prior to the aforesaid term; office hours for the visitors are on Mondays and Thursdays from 14.00-18.00. With regards to the detailed planning, only written applications and offers submitted by 2 November 2007 shall be accepted. If the applicant needs to receive a written reply, the physical entity is to indicate his name, surname, personal code and address, the legal entity – its title, address and registration number.
