Advertisement Tax Calculator Developed
A new service is available at the Riga City Council City Development Department webpage www.rdpad.lv – an advertisement tax calculator. It lets users calculate the possible advertisement tax amount based on the advertisement size, location in the city, subject matter, duration of display and total number of advertisements.
Explains Riga City Council City Development Department Deputy Director Gvido Princis: “The new e-service continues the previously initiated work in improving the area of information accessibility. Currently, all those interested can find information on the City Development Department’s webpage regarding public discussions, preliminary construction plans, accepted construction projects and issued construction permits.”
The advertisement tax calculator is intended as an informative tool for advertisers in planning their financial investments. More information can be found at the Design Division of the Riga City Council City Development Department.
A search feature for minute planning is also planned for the near future. The feature will reflect the minute planning development process, as well as the results of public discussions.
The City Development Department webpage (www.rdpad.lv) currently offers the following e-services: advertisement signboard coordination, preparation of notices regarding land plots and their perspective use according to the 2006 – 2018 Riga Development Plan, a public discussion search feature, construction project search, construction permit search, construction tax calculator and advertisement tax calculator.
